Welcome to the Halton Learning Foundation The Halton Learning Foundation raises charitable funds to remove economic barriers to learning for students in need and support school initiatives and programs in the Halton District School Board.   The Halton District School Board has over 55,000 students and 98 schools in Halton Region:   Acton, Georgetown, Milton, Burlington, and Oakville.	More than 10,000 children in Halton live in poverty.  They frequently come to school with empty stomachs and without proper clothing. They cannot focus in the classroom or fully participate.  The lack the basic necessities many of us take for granted.  You can make a difference.  Help a student by making a donation
